| NYS OASAS is soliciting information on the development, implementation and sustainability of a recovery high school model, which leverages collaboration between local Board(s) of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES), component school districts, OASAS certified, funded and/or authorized providers, and local communities.---OASAS seeks information from respondents on the level of interest that exists to create recovery high school models in New York, supports required for success and any barriers to implementation.---Preferred/Eligible Respondents: Preferred respondents are a single, or consortia of, BOCES or a non-profit organization in partnership with BOCES. OASAS is restricting this request for information to respondents that include a BOCES because information on the development of a recovery high school in collaboration with BOCES is necessary for speedy implementation as BOCES has the experience with infrastructure and relationships already established in managing alternative high school models throughout New York State. |
