The purpose of this “targeted” Request for Proposals (RFP) is to fund one Regional Permanency Resource Center (PRC) which will increase the state’s capacity to strengthen families by providing critical post adoption and post guardianship services with programs designed based on the unique needs of adoptive and guardianship families.
The PRC must demonstrate the capacity to serve families in all four (4) targeted upstate counties that no PRC currently serves: Cayuga, Cortland, Madison, and Chenango.
