The New York State Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) is pleased to announce this funding opportunity designed to increase services for at-risk children, youth and families to prevent involvement with the child welfare or juvenile justice systems through the establishment of Public Private Partnerships (PPP) programs. These programs are intended to target at-risk infant, children, youth and families in high need areas in New York State. For purposes of this RFP, high need areas are defined as those with high rates of child abuse and maltreatment, as well as high admission rates for foster care and detention. Applicants are required to leverage private funds as a cash contribution to support the state funds being made available through this competitive Request for Proposals (RFP).
