The New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH), Office of Minority Health and Health Disparities Prevention (OMH-HDP) announces the availability of funding for one year (10/1/2023 – 09/30/2024) in the amount of $790,637 through this Request for Applications (RFA) solely for Native Communities or entities that work with Native Communities to support high Covid-19 vaccination uptake in Tribal Nations and/or Urban Indian Communities.
The purpose of this RFA is to promote vaccine confidence in Tribal Nations and/or Urban Indian Communities by supporting efforts to develop and distribute culturally appropriate education materials and purchase supplies and materials to promote vaccine confidence.
PLEASE NOTE: Letter of Interest is not required. Questions are due 5/30/2023 and answers will be posted on or about 6/14/2023. Please see RFA for further info.
